2025 Hyundai Tucson makes debut at New York Auto Show, gets updated ADAS
Hyundai has unveiled the updated 2025 Tucson at the ongoing New York Auto Show. The premium mid-size SUV gets refreshed exterior styling, some new features, and some power underneath its hood in this latest iteration. It will go on sale in the USA later this year followed by other international markets including India sometime next year.

Shortly after the Tucson facelift was spied undisguised, Hyundai has officially revealed the updated SUV. We can confirm that Hyundai will bring the facelifted model to India next year; the current-gen Tucson launched here in August 2022.

2024 Hyundai Tucson unveiled: Refreshed design, interior, specs
Hyundai has taken the covers of the 2024 Tucson for the global market. The SUV is expected to make its debut in India next year. Mechanically, the Tucson remains more or less the same, but now gets tweaked exteriors and spruced cabin. The current version of Tucson was launched in August last year in India.

Hyundai Tucson facelift leaked ahead of global debut
It’s just been a little over a year since Hyundai launched the third-gen Tucson in India, despite it being on sale overseas since 2020. Therefore, it's due to receive a mid-lifecycle facelift, which is set to debut in the coming months. The carmaker has also been testing the Tucson overseas for a while now, and we have the first undisguised image of the facelift.

Tucson to be first Hyundai to undergo Bharat NCAP crash tests

Earlier last month, Hyundai announced that it had voluntarily sent three models to the newly constituted Bharat NCAP for crash testing. Autocar India can now confirm that the Tucson SUV will be one of the first cars, and certainly the first Hyundai, to be crash tested by Bharat NCAP. The Tucson is likely to be followed by the Exter micro-SUV, and results of both can be expected to be announced in the next couple of months.
